Q: How long does it take to ship an order?

A: Since every, Your Gear harness is custom made, shipping can take anywhere from 1-3 weeks depending on whether we have a backlog in orders or due to receiving supplies from our suppliers.

Q: Do does Your Gear ship internationally?

A: Absolutely we strive to become a globally recognized brand in Custom Harnesses and want the entire world to experience our products.

Harness Cleaning FAQ’s

Q: How do I clean my harness?

A: We recommend using a damp cloth with a little bit of mild dish detergent. We have also found that a Mr. Clean Magic Eraser works well for harder to remove blemishes. DO NOT PUT IN THE WASHING MACHINE OR DRYER.

Refund Policy FAQ’s

Q: What is Your Gear’s refund policy?

A: We want all of our customers to be 100% satisfied with their purchase so we offer a 14 day Money Back Guarantee on all of our products. If for whatever reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase within 14 days of your product being delivered to you, Your Gear will refund your entire purchase price including original shipping costs after we receive your order back. Consumer is responsible for return shipping costs. In order to return your purchase please email us at: [email protected] to obtain a Return Authorization Form. We also Guarantee our products for 30 days from receipt so if you experience any issues with your harness within 30 days of receipt please contact us. This policy only covers manufacturing related issues.

Fitting FAQ’s

Q: How do I know if my harness will fit me?

A: Our sizes are based on standard t-shirt sizes and do other adjustments of an inch or two smaller or larger to adjust to your body style. Some styles will require some exact measurements from you.
