Our arm bands are custom made to fit your biceps.

***To measure your bicep you must have your arm completely relaxed hanging loose at your side.  To ensure that the arm band fits properly the bicep measurement should be taken around the thickest part of your bicep.  Use a soft tailor tape to take the measurement.
